Cheap Office Chairs
When I talk about cheap office chairs I am not talking about the quality of the chair. But the pricing of the office chair, these are two completely different things.
I have bout my share of “cheap office chairs” that is low grade quality in my life time and I no longer recommend buying such office chair, especially if you plan to spend more than an hour in it. Why?
They are cheaply build with no ergonomics at all, so they are hard on your butt, back and body! These chairs are just a step above those chairs they interrogate suspects in. Try to avoid such office chairs.
The cheap office chairs I recommend are those that are well build, with at least basic ergonomics built into the design. These chairs conform to your body and will allow you to sit up to 6 hours without stressing or tiring your back and body. If you buy a cheap quality office chair you will suffer the consequences of your choice later on.
The low quality chairs do not last long either. They usually break or tare, or stop functioning. So you will eventually waste more money than you though your would save on the purchase.
There are lost of great deals online now for many top brand names and well established office chairs manufactures.

Which ever cheap office chair you buy it should at the very least be able to move up and down, back rest adjustable. It would be great if you could have the arm rest adjustable also.
